During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the two complimentary drinks and snacks that were provided for me upon arrival. the hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy access to numerous shops and attractions nearby. Another great aspect was the friendliness of the staff, who were always there to help and offer suggestions for things to do.

the bed was too tall for me to climb onto comfortably, and I did not appreciate the modern concept of the compact toilet.

The lobby and corridor designs were aesthetically pleasing, and the air purifier at the entrance was a nice touch. Parking was hassle-free in the nearby area, and we appreciated the proximity to IKEA. we truly enjoyed our stay at this compact hotel.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always taking the time to chat with me and make me feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, from the lobby to the corridors, with the lighting creating a very nice atmosphere. The room was top-notch, with everything I needed and more. I loved that there were plenty of electrical outlets, a decent-sized TV with YouTube, and a sink in the room itself. The cleanliness was good, although there were some small stains on the floor that could be improved. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was near the Batu Kawan industrial area on Penang island, making it really convenient. And the fact that it was situated between IKEA and Design Village was a huge plus!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff were amazing, the facilities were great, and the location was perfect.
