Spacious, clean rooms with great views of pool and lake from balcony. Friendly staff ensured our group's rooms were together. Lovely restaurant with excellent service, particularly towards children. Large, beautiful pool. Wonderful location near shops and restaurants.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel! Situated close to other charming villages on the south part of the lake, it was the perfect base for exploring the area. The restaurant onsite offered delicious meals and the breakfast provided was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The availability of basic amenities such as shampoo and soap was limited, which was a bit disappointing.

The bedrooms and bathrooms had been recently updated, providing a comfortable and modern environment. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a pleasant stay even in hot weather. The presence of a Tesla charging station, although disappointing that it wasn't available, showed the eco-friendly mindset of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its incredible amenities, beautiful surroundings, and friendly staff.

Wow, we really got our money's worth at Residence San Michele! The room with a lake view was absolutely stunning, and the swimming pool was just perfect. The location was amazing too - peaceful yet close to shops and restaurants. The staff, especially the gentleman in the restaurant, went out of their way to make my son's holiday unforgettable. He even named the pool cleaner "Wall-E"! The highlight of our stay for sure.

Just a small suggestion to make breakfast even better - more variety in the breakfast items would be great. Everything else at the hotel was wonderful.

The property's location requires a car or a long hike along a dangerous road with limited access to nature. the minimalist room and lack of essential items such as garbage bags and toilet paper made the stay less comfortable than expected.
