Convenient location with plenty of nearby dining options, including fast food and a pharmacy downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff ensure clean rooms. Safe with card access required for elevator and floor entry. 24-hour convenience stores and free underground parking available. Limited interaction with front desk staff, but overall welcoming atmosphere.

The bathroom in my room was well-designed and had a glass partition. However, I did notice that the water tended to flow from the ledge of the partition, which made the floor towel always wet. This could easily be fixed by making some adjustments to the ledge, ensuring a dryer and more pleasant bathroom experience. The car park exit had two narrow lanes, which I found unnecessary as there were few cars exiting at any given time. Converting it into a single wide lane and improving the signage would greatly enhance the hotel's image.

Despite the positive aspects of my stay, there were a few drawbacks. The room had a strong cigarette smell, which would have been better addressed by having non-smoking rooms or disallowing smoking in the rooms.

The View Hotel Segamat was definitely a great find! First of all, the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it a fantastic value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive - everything was clean, well-maintained, and the hotel even provided basic amenities like shampoo. Additionally, the location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the center of town with easy access to various shops and restaurants. my stay was made even better by the friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service. I especially loved the delicious breakfast that was included, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. It's safe to say that this hotel exceeded my expectations!

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. Nothing to complain about!
