The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast options are varied, with delicious pastries, eggs, and beverages. The hotel also provides facilities such as saunas and fitness rooms, perfect for relaxation after a long day of skiing.

The exterior of the hotel is stunning, and the interior design of our apartment felt warm and inviting. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of snowboarding. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even delivering breakfast to our room when we overslept. The hotel also had a lovely Christmas atmosphere with decorations and a beautiful cuckoo clock. We can't wait to come back one day and highly recommend this hotel and their wonderful staff.

the shower in our room was spacious and modern, and the chef deserves 5 out of 5 stars for the delicious dinner and impressive morning buffet. the location was perfect, right below the ski track, and the hotel parking was convenient. the hotel itself had a beautiful exterior and the interior had a rustic wooden cottage feel with an elegant touch. the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the balconies offered a pleasant view. the nearby water stream added to the calm and peaceful atmosphere. Within a short walk, we could reach the cable car station, grocery shops, restaurants, and parks.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the High Tatras. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful mountains. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. The gym was well-equipped and even though it was a bit warm inside, it made for a good workout. I loved our room with the kitchenette and living room, although it was a bit small for all our luggage. The hotel also had great eco-friendly policies regarding towel usage. The Kukucka restaurant was a pleasant experience with delicious local dishes. The only downside was that the restaurant had limited opening times, so you might need to find an alternative for meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday experience.

We had a fantastic time during our stay! the rooms were very comfortable and cozy, just what we were looking for. the location is also perfect, right between the ski area and a lovely Slovak pub. We particularly enjoyed the delicious 4-course dinner menu and being able to relax in the sauna.

The breakfast could have been better. the selection was limited and the coffee took a while to get.
