I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, surrounded by various restaurants and upscale amenities. the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were incredibly attentive. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Cons: Everything was ideal; I couldn't find any faults during my stay.

The hotel's location in Downtown KC, right in the power and light district, is perfect for exploring the city. The building has been beautifully refurbished and the decor is impressive. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The private balcony tour with Mike was a great addition to my stay. a great experience for a solo traveler.

The location was spot, on, close to the convention center, restaurants, and a fancy grocery store. the staff was super attentive, from the valets to the baristas, making my stay enjoyable. the refurbishment effort on the old building was impressive, offering a nice, well, laid, out room.

The service fell short with rude staff, especially at the bar and coffee bar. In, room amenities were a letdown, everything came with an extra cost, even a cup of coffee.

The bed was comfy and the shower was great. loved the coffee stand and the restored architecture of the building.

The hotel was understaffed which resulted in poor service. Ice machines were not full, towels were not delivered on request, and the ventilation in the fitness center was quite poor.

The hotel building itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and a rich history. The updates and decor are tastefully done, blending modern finishes with the original aspects of the property. The staff, especially Bella, were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The room, although not huge, was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
