The view from the 20th floor was fantastic and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym and pool were maintained to a high standard. There are plenty of dining options nearby and parking was available in the basement. The bathroom was clean and the shower strong.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just opposite a popular shopping mall and in close proximity to a large convention center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Guests can enjoy various facilities, including a fitness center and swimming pool, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful.

The check-in process can be slow and frustrating, with long queues and insufficient staff at peak times.

A Convenient Location and Excellent Facilities

During our stay at a hotel near a mall, we were pleased with the convenient location. Being in front of the mall made it easy for us to find restaurants for dinner. The hotel had an infinity pool, a gym, a kids' room, and even offered Zumba classes on certain days. As a business traveler, I found it especially convenient to have these amenities available. The hotel's range of facilities even encouraged me to bring along my swimming suit and sports shoes.

Exceptional Stay at a Lavish Hotel At this hotel, I had a lavish and exceptional stay with exclusive amenities such as an outdoor pool, spa, gym, and fine-dining restaurant. the location was also superb, providing easy access to the nearby mall and a variety of activities. the service was impeccable, with friendly staff who were always available to assist. the room was spacious and provided all the necessary facilities, including private facilities.

Poor Children Facilities the only minor issue was that the children facilities were not maintained properly.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping centers and local restaurants. the room had a beautiful view of the city skyline, which was an added bonus.

The check-in process was quite slow and hectic, which was a bit of a disappointment. there were some cleanliness issues in the room, including stained sofas and hair on the pillows.
