Room was kept clean and tidy. the breakfast provided was excellent with a wide variety of choices. the staff were friendly and efficient. the view from the room was excellent. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to key attractions and amenities. There was a nice sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds.

Disliked the fact that we paid for a superior room, but didn't get the promised extras. the room was also located right under a noisy pool pump, which disturbed our sleep.

Great location close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. The infinity pool had amazing views and was perfect for a romantic escape. The food was plentiful with a good variety and always room for seconds.

The staff seemed a bit unfriendly at times and didn't speak much English. The pool was too cold to enjoy and the sunbathing terrace had broken wooden panels that were dangerous to walk on. Some of the extras like using the safe in the room and getting charged for water at dinner seemed unnecessary and pricey.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, nestled between two beautiful beaches. I was able to enjoy the stunning views from the pool and the upper solarium deck. The facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools and plenty of lounging space. The staff here were truly amazing, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, with super comfy beds and a lovely balcony. The buffet breakfast and dinner provided a wide selection of delicious food. I couldn't ask for more from this hotel!

We enjoyed our short stay at this luxury hotel. The location is stunning, situated between two beautiful beaches with direct beach access. The views from our seaview room were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel provides great facilities, including multiple pools, both indoor and outdoor, as well as a spa and wellness center. The staff were brilliant, always friendly and attentive, from the cleaning staff to the management. The service was top-notch and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, as it is right next to the beach and there are two lovely beaches to choose from. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering free internet with good reception everywhere. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, as they had been updated and were spotless. The breakfast choices were very good and the staff provided high-quality coffee as standard. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located on the hop-off buses, making transportation around this city easy.

Everything was fantastic.

I traveled alone to visit family in Palma Nova and stayed at this excellent, friendly hotel for a few days. The staff were brilliant and the rooms were extremely clean and well kept. The beds were super comfy and the balcony had lovely views. The multiple pools, including one on the roof with amazing views, provided plenty of space for everyone. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a large selection and the location was fabulous, right in the middle of two amazing beaches. Can't wait to visit again and might even bring my other half next time!
