Central location, super clean , bar with great coffee, friendly staff, comfortable beds, excellent WiFi.

The facilities at Traveller Bunker Hostel 1 were top-notch. The clean kitchen and free water refills were a great help, especially when traveling with children. We also appreciated the guided walks organized by the hostel, which allowed us to explore the area without any hassle.

We felt very relaxed during our stay at Traveller Bunker Hostel 1. The staff was always accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Our stay at the hostel was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful, providing us with detailed itinerary suggestions and being accommodating to our needs. The bed was comfortable and the beddings were clean, which was a top priority for us. Additionally, the hostel offered extra activities such as movie nights and group hikes, which added to the great atmosphere. we highly recommend this hostel.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Great washing service. Convenient beds with curtains, lamps, and outlets. Comfy mattresses and clean sheets. Plenty of nice chill-out areas. Lockers for backpack storage. Social atmosphere with games and theater room. Kitchen facilities available. Water refill station.

loved my stay at the hostel in cameron highlands! the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect. beds were comfy with curtains and individual lights, and the common areas were great for chilling out. definitely exceeded my expectations for a city holiday.

lockers had a weird smell

The location is mind-blowing, with an abundance of food choices and cute cafes to hang out. The rooms are comfortable with a "private" bathroom, which I found super convenient. The hostel itself provides ample space to relax and the staff is absolutely amazing, providing valuable advice and tour tips, as well as a jaw-dropping postcard service!

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this place! Loved that they had well-organized kitchen and good hiking trail maps. the lounge area and rooms were so comfortable! the beds were free of bedbugs and had curtains which gave us some privacy. the location was perfect- close to many amenities. Another great advantage was that we could refill our water bottles from the water dispensers and exchange books with others.

the WiFi wasn't always reliable and worked poorly in the evening when many guests were using it.

the luxurious leisure room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. the exclusive amenities in the room, including private facilities and a large TV, made us feel like we were in a five, star hotel.

The only minor issue we experienced was the Wi, Fi, which was slow and made it difficult to use our devices. this was not a major concern for us as we were too busy enjoying the luxurious facilities and exploring the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel.

The Traveller Bunker Hostel is conveniently located just next to the bus stop, making it super easy to hop off and check in. The hostel is also close to many restaurants, so you won't have to go far for a tasty meal. The rooms are comfortable and have great facilities like bunks with lights, curtains, and USB charging ports. Plus, the staff is super welcoming and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom could use some improvement as the drain wasn't working very well, leading to standing water during showers.

stayed in cameron highlands before but traveller bunker hostel 1 exceeded expectations! comfy beds, great atmosphere & coffee downstairs. highly recommend for a pleasant stay in the highlands!

Bathroom not clean.

I gotta say, for the value we got for our money, this place was a steal! The room was clean and comfy, equipped with everything we needed, and the location was super convenient. The staff treated us like friends, always with a smile and happy to help.

Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement.

Friendly staff, central location, amenities nearby, easy to meet other travelers, various daily events.
