Our stay at Urban Inn was enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city's attractions. The staff was friendly, and their communication skills were excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, and we had a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. The availability of various dining options downstairs and a supermarket nearby was a bonus.

. The room was a bit small, leaving limited space in front of the toilet, which made it challenging for us as Muslim travelers who needed room to pray.

The staff was friendly and helpful, offering meeting rooms and a ballroom for rent. The hotel is also close to the KTM station, making it easily accessible.

There were some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, and the bathroom door in one of the rooms couldn't be locked.

Great location in a busy area close to shops and restaurants. The convenience of having a water purifier and air filter on every floor was a nice touch. The free basement parking was also a good addition to our stay.

The prepaid Wi-Fi code was not very convenient, especially since there was only one staff member working during check-in and we had to wait for over 20 minutes for assistance. The elevator and electricity system requiring one card was also a bit inconvenient when going in and out of the room.

The room was spacious and comfortable for a group of friends going out at nights. The nearby restaurants, including Yasmeen and Marry Brown, served delicious food. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, with everything you needed nearby, including convenience stores and grocery shops.

Felt just like home, no complaints whatsoever.
