I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful quinta in the heart of the Douro valley vineyards. the hosts were extremely nice and helpful. the rooms were well-kept and the bathrooms were spacious and luxurious. the food at the quinta was exceptional, with a delicious traditional dinner and a fantastic breakfast featuring local produce. the grounds were stunning, with terraces, a pool, and beautiful vineyards and orchards to explore. the staff were warm and attentive, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. I would definitely come back to Quinta Da Pousada.

The common areas were clean and well-equipped, with a charming themed decoration. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool, offering a stunning view. And let's not forget about the breakfast, it was excellent! Additionally, I had the opportunity to taste Ports for a reasonable price, with an interesting explanation about the wines and the proper way to taste them. my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this place.

One thing to note is that the road leading to the hotel is not well illuminated and lacks reflectors, so it may not be ideal to drive there at night. It's advisable to drive slowly and carefully if you have to drive during nighttime.

The room was clean and charming, and the location was idyllic. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, accompanied by the Quinta's own wines. The vineyard views were stunning and the drive to the property was scenic and breathtaking. Quinta Da Pousada is a truly relaxing and peaceful place to stay. We recommend the wine tasting and museum visit.

the staff were incredibly accommodating, especially considering we were travelling with a 6-month-old baby. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the venue, with the staff being very accommodating to dietary requests, including my vegetarian diet. We were also able to try some of their wines during dinner, as we unfortunately didn't have time for a tasting. the accommodation itself felt like a little paradise, providing a true home away from home experience. We would love to return if we are ever in the area.
