As youngsters, we really loved the stylish and trendy interior decor of the W Hotel. The Spectacular Twin Tower view room offered an incredible view, especially at night, perfect for taking Instagram-worthy photos. The hotel's location was fantastic, just steps away from Suria KLCC shopping center and within walking distance of TAPAK Urban Food Street. The staff were not only friendly and helpful but also very professional. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options and the quality was excellent. the hotel provided a unique and memorable experience.

The service and hospitality at W Kuala Lumpur were outstanding. The staff were welcoming and professional, ensuring our needs were taken care of. Special mention to Chef Su, Fatimah, and Wan for their excellent service during breakfast. The rooms were wonderful, with vibrant and beautiful décor. We were impressed with the stunning views of the Petronas Towers from our room. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool with great views. the hotel provided fantastic amenities and a great experience for guests with children.

I gotta say, the value for money at the W was on point. The room was top-notch, and the view of the Petronas Towers was out of this world. Plus, the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the action. And the staff? They were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special shoutout to Ms Dolly and her crew for making us feel so welcome.

Now, the morning meal could have been a bit better. Don't get me wrong, the spread was decent, but it could have had a little more variety and excitement.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel and were impressed by the exclusive amenities and exceptional service provided. The Spa and wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and sauna were clean and relaxing while the massage was a truly indulgent experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. The restaurant served delicious dishes, with diverse options to cater to special diets. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, and we enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace and using the private facilities.

While we appreciated all the hotel has to offer, the noise insulation could have been better. There was some disturbance at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The W Kuala Lumpur experience was exceptional! The location, staff, food, and room design were all superb. The attention to detail, like providing sun tan lotion and aloe vera by the pool, was top-notch. The view of the Petronas towers was unbeatable, making it the perfect place to stay in KL. I highly recommend it to everyone.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Excellent service from the staff, especially when I needed a late checkout. The pool bar was a highlight with reasonably priced drinks and a bartender who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
