During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable and clean room that was provided. the hotel's location was also convenient, as it allowed us to explore the surrounding area with ease. the breakfast was appetizing and satisfying.

The most significant issue was the lack of a functioning wifi connection, which proved to be inconvenient as we were unable to stay connected with our loved ones. the parking situation at the hotel was troublesome, as it was hard to find available spots during peak hours.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, especially Ms Chu Xuan. Secondly, the location was strategic as there were many eateries nearby, making it convenient for dining options. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with modern facilities and I loved the king-sized bed and balcony with a great view.

One minor aspect that could be improved upon was the check-in staff's hand gestures and tone.
