This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, from air conditioning to comfortable beds. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Finally, the location of the hotel was perfect. I loved that the dining room, beach, and bar were all easily accessible, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Would have been more enjoyable without constant exposure to smoking.

The beach offers direct access to corals and sealife, perfect for snorkeling and spotting baby sharks and octopus. The resort organizes well-structured diving with plenty of great sites. Daily boat trips are available for snorkeling at various reefs. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable. Bicycles are provided for exploring the hinterlands, where we even saw a turtle and stingray while riding along the coast.

The beach at Equator Village Resort is absolutely stunning, and the coral reef just a short distance from the bungalow was a dream for snorkeling. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a refreshing spot to relax. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make guests feel special. Moreover, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned with fresh linen daily. The restaurant served a wide variety of dishes, ensuring that guests never had the same meal twice during their stay.

Option to rent snorkeling gear or join daily boat trips. Free bike loans for exploring the atoll. Great place to visit.

The value for money at this resort was excellent and the room, although a bit dated, was spacious and comfortable. The location, close to the airport and with a fabulous ocean view, was perfect. The staff treated us with warmth and friendliness, especially the manager and reception staff.

The beach was stunning with crystal clear waters and a beautiful view across the Atoll. the snorkeling on the house reef was incredible, with sightings of octopus, turtles, and moray eels. the hotel pool was also renovated and provided a refreshing escape from the heat.

The staff is predominantly German and communication can be difficult if you don't speak the language. the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly during our stay, only spotless upon arrival.

I had a fantastic time at Equator Village Resort in Gan. The resort offers bikes for guests, allowing you to explore the island like a local. The inclusive package was worth it, with delicious and varied food. The room was lovely and spacious, with a comfortable bed and great shower. The staff were outstanding, always helpful and friendly. I even had the chance to chat with Mohamed, the resort manager. If you're looking for a unique experience in the Maldives, this is the place to be. I had a blast riding around on bikes and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel.

The resort was a restful getaway with a tranquil setting and a convenient dive shop on site. The excursion I went on was enjoyable and met all of my needs. The food prepared at the resort was fresh and delicious, although it did predominantly consist of seafood. It would have been nice to have more non-seafood options on the menu for variety. The resort also had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with breathtaking views, and the snorkeling trips, while not meeting all expectations, did include a lovely trip to Bushy Island.
