Noise levels can be quite bothersome, especially with street disturbances!!! Limited accessibility due to the absence of an elevator is frustrating for those with mobility concerns!!! The check-out process is unnecessarily complicated!!! Maintenance on bathrooms is overdue!!!

I enjoyed waking up to a delightful breakfast every morning, complete with a variety of pastries. The staff, especially Lorenzo and Milena, were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.

The air conditioning in our room could’ve been improved. it was a bit on the noisy side during hot nights. Also, while the room was comfortable, a minor hiccup was having a tub instead of a shower.

Try the local trattoria nearby for a delicious meal after exploring, and be sure to enjoy the morning coffee at the charming breakfast room.

I stayed for 4 nights while visiting the major religious sites in Assisi. The central location made it incredibly easy to explore everything on foot. I particularly loved the comfortable second room that had a shower, as the first room's tub setup was quite uncomfortable for me. The staff was generally helpful, and having a cozy space to return to after a day of sightseeing was just perfect.

the garden view I paid for was non-existent, and the room was a tiny mix of living and bedroom—how quaint! the mattress felt like two twins trying their best yet failing. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all this inconvenience, but it seems they don’t cater to distinguished tastes. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly, making you feel welcome! the breakfast spread is ample and delicious, offering a variety that caters to everyone. the location is perfect—close to all major sights! 🌟🥐

Waking up to a lekker brekkie daily was a highlight, and Milena & Rim at the front desk went out of their way to help us explore the area. The spacious room made it feel like home with that old-world charm! Plus, great coffee to kick-start the day.

Only downside was the noisy air con on hot nights. But all good, the charm of this place more than made up for it!

this place is super central, right next to everything in assisi! the rooms were nice and clean, and i loved waking up to that amazing breakfast with a ton of pastries. the staff were really friendly, especially milena at the front desk who helped us out a lot. i loved chillin’ in the cozy reading room after a day of exploring, and the historical decor just made the whole vibe so charming. oh, and don’t miss the nearby trattoria for some delish local food!

The location was great, just a short walk to major sights. The breakfast included tasty homemade pastries and fresh fruit. I enjoyed the cozy reading room with 18th-century ceilings after exploring. I also had a nice meal at the trattoria nearby. My experience was peaceful and comfortable. I'm European, and I appreciate the calm pace here. It's perfect for relaxation.
