We had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort. The location was perfect, right by the beach where we enjoyed romantic dinners. The journey to the island was an adventure, with two stops and stunning views from the seaplane. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The service was exceptional, with staff members like Hafiz going above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the pool area, with its shaded lounge chairs and easy access to the reef.

The spa facilities were below average and lacked a jacuzzi or sauna.

During our stay at Fairmont, we had an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One specific situation that stood out was when our villa phone wasn't working. However, Elena, our dedicated staff member, took immediate action and provided us with a mobile phone that had all the necessary numbers saved. This gesture made it easy for us to connect with the reception and order in-villa dining whenever needed.

We spent Christmas at a newly opened hotel and it was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure our special requests were met. The island had a beautiful location, with crystal clear waters and breathtaking views of the ocean. Our room had a huge bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

There were some major drawbacks. One of the restaurants was closed and the other only had a limited menu.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, amazing food, great activities, breathtaking rooms. Strongly recommended! But better to go with company.

Nestled in a secluded island, this hotel is an idyllic hideaway that offers luxurious amenities such as a private plunge pool, outdoor shower, and direct beach access. The staff provides impeccable service from the moment you step in until you leave. The Sunset Water Villa was absolutely stunning with beautiful sunset views which is a perfect place for a romantic getaway. The spa and wellness centre is indulgent with a range of treatments that are very relaxing.

The location can be challenging to get to, with a long seaplane journey and rough seas that can cause motion sickness. Also, some of the areas in the hotel are still under construction, but it doesn't affect the overall experience.
