During my transit in Houston, I stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memorial CityCentre, an IHG Hotel. The hotel's close proximity to George Bush Intercontinental Airport made my travel arrangements extremely convenient. the outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing way to relax and unwind after a long day of travel.

I experienced a minor inconvenience during my stay. There was a lack of clear instructions regarding room cleaning procedures, and I returned to an uncleaned room at 9pm.

Excellent service from the staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good location for my needs. Will return in the future.

This hotel is in a great area, located in the Memorial area with easy access to great restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a roll-out bed option for extra guests. The staff, especially Ms. Suzette, were welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel also offers basic amenities like a nice pool and a small but effective workout room. Plus, the value for money here is exceptional, making it a great choice for a budget-friendly stay.

The hotel had easy highway access and the facilities were great for the price. The front desk clerk, Erica, was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety, though I wish they served bacon. I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff here. The front desk clerk was welcoming and recommended several great places to visit in the surrounding area. The room was cozy and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. It also had a sitting area and plenty of room for storage. The location of this venue was perfect for me, as it was close to several shops and local attractions.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memorial CityCentre impressed me with its convenient location near CityCentre and a short walk from great shopping at Town and Country Village. The room with a queen roll out bed, along with a King roll out bed for 3 adults, provided comfortable and spacious accommodation, perfect for a family stay.

My sleep was disrupted by noisy children in the room above, which the staff failed to resolve.

Clean property, great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious room.

We stayed on the 5th floor and enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep in the clean room with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection of food. The staff were friendly and Erica at the front desk provided great service during our stay.

The entrance and exit to the hotel was not well-designed, and the noise from the nearby freeway was audible even on the higher floor.

The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable to stay in. the location was central to all the places I needed to visit, which made it convenient for my business trip. the cleanliness of the rooms was notably great, which made it easier for me to work without any distractions.

The room was so cozy and convenient with a desk, coffee machine, and fridge. The bed was super comfy and the pillow options were a nice touch. I really felt at home.

The satellite channels on the TV were a bit limited for my taste.
