The moment we arrived at Waldorf Astoria, we were amazed by the luxurious experience. The transportation on the yacht was a refreshing change from the usual seaplanes. Our room had a beautiful interior design, and the entire hotel was impeccably designed. The restaurants, such as Terra, Amber, and Zuma, provided exceptional dining experiences with great ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our personal concierge, Fanni, even arranged a special birthday dessert for my friend. Additionally, the location of the hotel, only 40 minutes from the international airport, was perfect.

We spent our Christmas vacation on a stunning artificial island. We were delighted by the amazing lagoon with its crystal-clear water, and the island has fantastic restaurants offering different cuisines. We also loved having access to water sports, which made our stay even more memorable.

Although the gym is equipped with basic amenities, we found it to be a bit too small for the size of the island and the number of guests. while the dinner credit offered to half-board guests is appreciated, we found the prices of the food to be expensive, making it difficult to fully enjoy the culinary experiences offered.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were amazing. the staff provided excellent service and the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch. There was even a steam room and the outdoor swimming pool had beautiful views of the beach. the restaurant offered special diet menus and the poolside snack bar was a perfect place to grab a quick bite.

The only minor issue we encountered was the cost of food. While the breakfast was great, the dinner was too expensive for the portion size.
