We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, situated in historic old town, just a stone's throw away from a beautiful cathedral and palace. We were also lucky to find some really good restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we were pleasantly surprised when Vanessa in reception upgraded us to a Junior Suite in the main building. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, and we appreciated the daily room cleaning service. The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious, and the staff members were all fantastic, attentive, and helpful.

It's nestled in a semi-pedestrian area, so it's peaceful and quiet, despite being central. The spacious bedrooms have super comfortable beds, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious options, from warm bread and pastries to fresh fruit. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to attend to our needs. We were pleasantly surprised when they left a complementary bottle of wine in our room after spotting birthday cards. It was an extra touch that made our stay even more special.
