We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, with buses easily accessible to explore anywhere on the island. The hotel's position on the promenade provided breathtaking views. The service was impeccable, from the friendly and helpful staff to the efficient room service and housekeeping. The hotel offered a range of amenities, including a terrace with garden furniture, heating and air conditioning in the room, and tea and coffee facilities. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant, bar, and snack bar available. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, steam room, and a rooftop pool with sun terrace. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also much appreciated.

The staff is friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The self-service breakfast offers a good variety of options, including hot food and a coffee/hot chocolate machine. Additionally, the hotel has a jacuzzi bath on the roof and a gym for guests to use.

The air conditioning in the rooms can be quite noisy and ineffective, making the room uncomfortably warm at night.

The hotel was fantastic in every aspect. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ensuring that our needs were met. the room was stunning and cleaned daily. We loved the beautiful outdoor and indoor pools, which offered breathtaking views. the location was ideal, with great restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the ferry terminal and bus terminal for easy transportation around the island. It was a perfect stay in every way. Would definitely recommend it.
