The hotel's location within the old town was perfect - quiet alley and close to everything. Surprised by sweet compliments and treated exceptionally well. Rooftop pool and restaurant were fantastic, with delicious food and great service. Staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

Everything was superb; no negatives to report.

the attention to detail, from providing real milk in the room fridge to accommodating our preferences promptly, exceeded our expectations. some minor improvements could be made in terms of bathroom maintenance and privacy in certain room options.

I always return for my holiday here. I feel welcome, safe, and pampered. Staff advised me well on currency rates. It ticks all boxes: Free Wi-Fi, parking, security, pool, fitness club, yoga. the no-smoking policy and pet-friendly amenities make it perfect.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a lengthy check-in process and some inconvenience with the bathroom, my experience at Palazzo Bifora was still exceptional. The positives far outweighed any negatives, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and charming experience.

We had a fantastic stay in a quiet alley within the city walls. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the center of Malta. The room we stayed in was beautifully designed and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and the heated floors were a nice touch. The check-in process was a bit lengthy, especially after a long flight delay. Some noisy disruption from the piano music in the early morning and the annoying light sensors in the room interrupted our sleep.
