I recently stayed at Heritage in Bel Ombre for a week-long holiday and it was amazing. The staff, especially Ashni and Lovevishka, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a delightful fruit bar. The hotel itself was luxurious and comfortable, and the beach and pool were perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families.

During my business trip to Mauritius, I had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 5-star resort in the south of the island. The main restaurant, Annabelles, offered a delightful culinary experience with a wide variety of dishes, allowing me to sample the authentic flavors of Mauritius. The spacious room with its well-equipped bathroom provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring that all my needs were met. the resort's facilities, such as the 30++ meter pool and 24-hour gym, added to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

I did encounter some issues with the towel service, as it took longer than expected to receive fresh towels.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that truly fulfills exclusive amenities. the staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and professional, providing impeccable service. the Spa & wellness center is equipped to perfection, with a sauna, Turkish bath, and treatment rooms that offer beauty treatments and massages. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are stunning and well-maintained, offering comfortable sun loungers that allow for maximum relaxation. the restaurant provides exquisite dinner and in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area is a perfect spot for outdoor dining with an espresso machine, snack bar, and special diet menus available.

This hotel could improve on its live entertainment and leisure/TV room. It can be a bit of a challenge to find activities for entertainment after 21:00hrs.

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday at a luxurious and beautifully designed property which offered great complementary breakfast and spa treatments. the hotel's location was perfect for those who wish to relax by the beach or enjoy playing golf. the personnel were nice and attentive, they would tidy up the room twice a day and offer snacks and drinks.

We were not pleased with the strict policy regarding dinner dress code and reservations. although the food was excellent, the lunch prices were not reasonable.

The beach club at Heritage was a fun experience, with plenty of activities like snorkeling and kayaking to keep us entertained. The staff were exceptional and always available to assist with a smile. We even had a wonderful driver, Wedley, who made our stay extra enjoyable. The room upgrade to a senior suite with a sea view was a lovely surprise. The food, in general, was good, especially the breakfast and dinner included in our package. The hotel's layout and quality of finishes were top-notch, adding to the overall elegance of the place.

I had a perfect experience at Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort. The only downsides were the shallow water at the beach, making swimming difficult, and the unavailability of glass-bottom boat and snorkeling activities due to high demand.

The resort went over & beyond for our anniversary and birthday celebrations, offering complimentary champagne, dinner, and roses. The vegetarian options were outstanding, and the chefs were always accommodating. The activities were abundant and free, with a well-equipped gymnasium. The staff, especially Navin and his team, were helpful and made the classes enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is absolutely mesmerizing, with stunning views of the lagoon and ocean. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation and leisurely walks. The restaurants included in the half-board package offer a wide range of cuisine options, from the gourmet experience at the chateau to the Thai-style restaurant, Ginja. The breakfast at the Beach Club is superb, with a great selection of dishes to choose from.

The pools in the hotel are deep, which may not be suitable for small children.
