The beach was nice and clean, and there were kayaks and paddle boards to use for free which was fun. the staff was quite friendly and welcoming towards us when we arrived.

The experience overall was underwhelming. the location was quite isolated with nothing to do nearby and the food was lackluster.

Plus, the hotel provides free access to kayaks, snorkelling equipment, stand up paddleboards, and bikes, allowing guests to fully enjoy their surroundings.

The only downside we experienced was that it can be quite windy in the winter months on the east coast, so spending time at the beach or the pool might not be as enjoyable. However, this can easily be solved by renting a car and exploring the nearby beaches in the north of the island.

Nothing to fault.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise. the exclusive amenities were outstanding, including the Spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and beach access. the massage and beauty treatments were impeccable, offering the best waxing, manicure, and facial treatments in a lovely treatment room. the outdoor sun terrace and loungers were fantastic for relaxing in the garden area, while the beach umbrellas provided shade at the beachfront.

Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the service lacked consistency. There was only one minor issue with occasional delays in serving, but it did not detract much from the overall experience.

We were the only guests for four days and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and in a stunning position, paradise! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and informative. The meals were tasty and plentiful, with the waiters and chef explaining different ingredients and giving cooking tips. I highly recommend this hotel.
