During my recent stay at a hotel in Grand Baie, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The ambience of the hotel was also lovely, creating a pleasant atmosphere for my stay.

While there were a few drawbacks such as the small size of the room and the absence of a mini fridge and hot water kettle, these were minor inconveniences in comparison to the overall positive experience.

The air conditioning was a relief from the heat, and the pool was a nice way to cool off. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and other attractions. Another great feature was having daily cleaning services, which kept the room tidy and neat throughout our stay.

The noise level was unbearable. It was like trying to sleep next to a concert hall.
