Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great resort for a beach holiday. Accommodation was fantastic, staff were excellent. Cozy architecture, proper-sized rooms, well-managed restaurant. Excellent location near Trou aux Biches and Grand Baie. Chic hotel with tropical-style buildings set in a lush garden. Beautifully arranged rooms, kind and attentive staff. Special mention to Veronique Boldrini who exceeded expectations for our wedding ceremony.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and personalized welcome we received upon arrival at Veranda. The manager took the time to personally greet us, which made us feel valued and appreciated. The rooms were well-maintained and the housekeeping staff ensured that our beds were nicely turned down in the evenings. The hotel staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and constantly checked in to see if there was anything else they could do for us. The food, although a smaller selection than expected, was cooked well and full of flavor, allowing us to try new dishes. The beach and pool were well-kept and clean, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. we had a great experience at Veranda and would definitely recommend it to others.

Veranda Pointe Aux Biches is situated in a prime location, with easy access to various beautiful beaches nearby. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the restaurant for dinner, and the rooms offer comfortable accommodations, complete with well-equipped bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. the breakfast served is delicious and offers a variety of options. The resort boasts fantastic facilities, including a gym and a private beach. The breathtaking views from the rooms add to the overall experience.

The casino and karaoke facilities are not available at this resort.

Stayed at an Easter deal, two nights. the room was comfy, and cleaning service was good. the beach was amazing, and there's a small convenience store nearby. the pool was quite nice too, even though we spent most of our time at the beach.

The staff at the bar wasn't very welcoming, and being half board made us feel slightly ignored. They didn't have a set corkage rate, so we got several different prices, but it was resolved after we complained.
