The location of this hotel is fantastic, right next to a shopping center with great restaurants and a nice supermarket where you can find both Mexican and imported products. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The service was excellent - the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. I also enjoyed the view from the hotel, overlooking the commercial area.

There were some issues with the food service as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Great amenities & beautiful design, restaurant had delicious options and the gym equipment was high quality. the location was perfect for my business trip, it was close to various corporate offices and had easy access to transportation. the room was well equipped with modern technology and had a beautiful view of the city.

The service was lacking at times and communication with some staff members was difficult due to language barriers. the breakfast area was crowded and some of the options were not as good as expected.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel made for an enjoyable stay. The indoor heated swimming pool was perfect for unwinding, and the sun terrace offered a stunning view of the city. The room advantages were outstanding; the bed was comfortable, the shower was sleek and modern, and the private facilities were spotless. The entertainment options were varied and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The restaurant's food was delectable, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink.

Our only minor issue was with the service. The personnel seemed a bit impersonal and not overly thrilled with their jobs.
