the location is prime, near the starting of Mall Road and Library Chowk. the rooms are spacious, offering mesmerizing views. Staff are courteous and responsive. Delicious vegetarian food options are available for both breakfast and dinner. the hotel maintains excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards. they provide thoughtful amenities like a play-space for kids and a ramp for senior citizens.

Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the main market and just a stone's throw away from the library. Everything you need is at your fingertips, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all nearby. The staff here go above and beyond to provide excellent service, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms, although without a view, are well-maintained and spacious, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, although the sambhar could be improved.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Nestled in the heart of this quaint hill town, we found a home away from home. The location of our hotel was perfect, right in the center of the bustling market area. With just a short walk, we could explore the vibrant streets and discover local shops and eateries. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to our day, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

We did notice that the Wi-Fi connectivity was limited, which could be improved for a more seamless experience.

clean rooms and excellent location near the queen of the hills. loved the view from our room. great service with a unique tip collection system. the breakfast was complimentary and delicious - even with an early departure - they provided takeaway breakfast. overall - a comfortable and thoughtful stay.

My recent city break gave me a lovely experience. the hospitality was on point and the staff's behavior was heart-winning, they were friendly and courteous. I also enjoyed the free coffee and tea facilities in the rooms. the hotel's location is breathtaking, situated in the heart of the city with easy accessibility to all the major attractions. I loved the quick check-in and check-out process, which made everything swift and simple.

The hotel rooms were slightly overpriced. the rooms were small and not of good quality compared to the price.

Great stay at Mussoorie! The rooms at Vishnu Palace were spacious and the staff was very courteous. We enjoyed the elegant view of the Himalayas from the hotel. The location next to Mall Road was perfect for exploring. The hotel food was also delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay.
