This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was excellent - I got so much more than I paid for. Secondly, the location was perfect, being close to all the major tourist attractions in Funchal, yet situated on a quiet street. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient and the views from the balcony were stunning, especially overlooking the Funchal hills. Lastly, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a beautiful view over the city.

We had a great stay at a hotel in the older part of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including some vegan choices. It would be even better if there were more labels on the food for allergies and dietary needs. a fantastic experience at the hotel.

The room and bathroom are cozy and comfortable, with super comfy beds and even a balcony. The service provided by the reception clerk was exceptional, making sure to correct any mistakes and accommodate guests. The breakfast offered at this hotel is diverse and delicious, with a wide variety of options including fruits, breads, and cookies. Additionally, the view from the breakfast room provides a breathtaking experience.

The hotel lacks certain facilities, such as a functioning bar and terrace, which can be disappointing for guests looking to relax and enjoy some drinks.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and they helped me book tours and gave me great restaurant recommendations. The room was immaculately clean, and it was very spacious. I enjoyed having free space, a huge balcony, and a large bathroom. The key location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town and Rua do Mar.

The breakfast was quite basic, and they served the same food every day. There was not much to eat besides omelet and sandwiches.

The hotel had free wifi, although the connection in my room was not the best. However, the reception area and bathrooms were very clean.
