We were amazed by the breathtaking view from our oceanfront room at Alaya. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was incredibly soothing, and we loved falling asleep to it every night. The staff at the front desk were warm and welcoming, ensuring that our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The beachfront location was perfect, and we enjoyed spending our days lounging on the beautiful sandy beach. The proximity to nearby attractions and restaurants made it convenient for us to explore and indulge in delicious meals. Additionally, the shrimp tacos recommended by the staff were absolutely delicious. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as limited A/C and some light in the room in the morning, our overall experience at Alaya Tulum was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others, as it offers a truly unforgettable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and attentive to our needs. They provided all the comfort throughout our stay. The beach was right on the beachfront, with beautiful white sand and warm sea. The hotel facilities were excellent, with comfortable loungers and excellent service for drinks and light lunch. The location was perfect, close to some good restaurants and yoga-related activities. The breakfast had a wide choice of good food and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for our adventurous spirit, with yoga activities on the beach and top restaurants nearby. We loved the beach, one of the best we’ve ever been to, as well as the provided cafe food and snacks. The room was fabulous, with a huge comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. We also appreciated the impeccable service and state of the art facilities.

The breakfast wasn’t included in the price, but overall it was well worth it.

The hotel had a boutique feel and we felt well taken care of during our stay. We can't wait to go back in November!

We got great value for our money and our room was absolutely stunning - the best we've ever stayed in! The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches and plenty of amazing culinary options nearby. But the real highlight was the staff - they were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and always had a smile on their faces. They made our stay so magical and we can't wait to come back!

The fresh fruit, produce, and fish were delicious. The smoothies are a must-have. Close to Mayan ruins and cenotes for swimming. Beautiful beach. Exceptional staff.

We loved the room and the stunning view from our TL ocean view balcony. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast while breathing in the fresh ocean air. The staff here is amazing, providing a convenient WhatsApp service where we could request anything at any time. Ordering drinks, snacks, and asking questions was just a text away. The beach is clean, private, and peaceful, with helpful staff ensuring we always had a beach bed. The location is fantastic, with a whole road of shops, cafes, and restaurants right outside the entrance. It's a truly cool experience.

The resort had a Tahiti island feel with a private atmosphere, beautiful Tulum beach, and aqua blue clear water. Friendly staff, great food, and recently installed AC in the room were all highlights. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Staying at this eco, friendly resort was a delightful experience. the cabana style rooms provided a constant breeze and were conveniently located close to the restaurant and the beach. the soft sand and lush tropical landscaping created a relaxing atmosphere. the beach itself was perfect, with beautiful aqua, colored water and a pleasant breeze. the on, site restaurant served delicious meals, and there were also several great restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were comfortable and well, equipped, with rainfall showers, king, size beds. the hotel provided WiFi throughout the property and filtered water in the rooms.

One drawback of the hotel was the lack of traditional Yucatan dishes on the menu. the family room we stayed in was a bit small for a family of four and lacked privacy.

This beachfront property offers tasty food and great coffee, with a yoga studio and comfortable beach chairs. The staff is lovely and friendly, always eager to assist and provide recommendations for local restaurants and bars. The rooms are well-designed and the garden apartment is quiet with plenty of space to relax.
