I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and made me feel at home. The breakfasts were delicious and unique, a great way to start the day. The location was in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The location was peaceful, yet just a short walk or bike ride away from the bustling city center. The staff, especially Miguel, were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made us feel at home throughout our entire stay.

I had the best stay at this amazing place called Chill Kanil. the hosts were super friendly and provided a lot of personal attention. the breakfasts were truly delicious with a different Mexican dish served every day. the cozy dining area allowed for both socializing with other guests and private dining. the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us, even though we had a baby with us. the room was spacious, clean, and had a touch of exotic charm. I loved the hammock right outside our door, perfect for relaxing. the garden was well-maintained and the whole property had a beautiful aesthetic. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. the host, Miguel, was a wonderful host and helped arrange taxis and any other accommodation we needed. the breakfasts cooked by him were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. this place exceeded all expectations and was even better than a luxurious resort. I highly recommend Chill Kanil for a truly unforgettable stay.

Situated further out from the city center, it provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. there was a convenience store nearby, making it convenient for any last-minute necessities. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff was helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options were original and delicious, especially the creamy-velvet coffee. Other facilities like the pool and lounge area were well-maintained and provided a great spot for relaxation.

That the hotel had some issues with the safe in the room, causing inconvenience for guests trying to secure their belongings.
