We were warmly welcomed by Nicola upon our arrival, who provided us with fantastic recommendations for food and gelatos. He even marked them on a map for us, making it easy to find. It's refreshing to be greeted by a person rather than just finding keys in a box. The location of the bed and breakfast is perfect, within walking distance to anywhere. This hotel is a great value for money considering its prime location in the very center of Bologna. You can easily walk to everything and there are some amazing restaurants right next door. The staff is attentive and provides basic amenities, and my room even had a view of the church out the front. The breakfast provided was good, and they even made eggs on the first day!

The only minor flaw was the shared bathroom, but all was ok.

Not only is it close to the center, but it also offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for sightseeing and making reservations at popular restaurants. Additionally, the B&B provides private parking spaces in a safe garage nearby, making it convenient for guests with cars.

The room I stayed in was a bit small and lacked storage, making it difficult to organize belongings.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city during Easter. It is very close to major museums and the main attractions of the city. the staff was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to find the best local cuisine. the breakfast was basic, but tasty.

There were some noise issues during our stay that affected our sleep. There was construction noise early in the morning and the air conditioning made a lot of rattling sounds at night.

The twin room with external bathroom was clean and spacious. The location was convenient and easily accessible from the airport. The breakfast served in the homely setting was delicious and the staff were very helpful.
