Effortless reservation process and convenient location. Our room at the Alteza Polanco was beautiful and spacious, with complimentary coffee. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the local preparations and freshly baked bread. The hotel is also situated in the Polanco Business center, surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like having to rely on the A/C for fresh air and the occasional noise from slamming doors, our stay was overall pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for a business trip or a short stay.
