Great location near Cancun Center and convenience stores. Beautiful beach with turquoise waters and clean sands. Great pools and stunning ocean views from the rooms. Large and modern rooms with excellent balconies. Good breakfast and friendly staff

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had the most luxurious vacation experience! The exclusive amenities here did not disappoint and our needs were met to perfection. The spa and wellness center offered an incredible full body massage and beauty treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. We also enjoyed the live entertainment by the heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach access.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the noise from a bar down the beach one night was quite loud. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and this minor issue did not detract from our overall wonderful experience.

The complementary breakfast was amazing. The hotel's location was perfect as it was within walking distance to all of the major attractions. The hotel's gym was well equipped and perfect for a morning workout.

The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. the noise level was quite high which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

The hotel had a great selection of breakfast options for an additional fee. It was conveniently located just a 7-minute walk away from the party street where Coco Bongo is. The beach was clean and right on the hotel's doorstep. We really enjoyed having access to two pools, especially when it was raining as it provided a better alternative. The presence of an adults-only pool was a plus. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We felt welcomed and taken care of during our stay at Altitude At Krystal Grand Cancun. We have no complaints or issues to mention.
