We had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel in La Veleta. the location was great, surrounded by lush jungle. the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. the hotel offered free bikes, which we used to explore the area during the day. the pool area was stunning, just like the photos, and we enjoyed relaxing on our private terrace. the room had both AC and a ventilator, ensuring a comfortable stay. it was a great choice and we will definitely be coming back!

The hotel pool is beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere with great music. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like AC and Netflix. The staff, especially the manager Mauro, are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a great vacation experience. The property also offers free bicycles for guests to use and has a small gym and game room.

One thing I would mention is that the road leading to the hotel could use some improvements as it is a dirt road with holes.

We had a great time at Amaka Calma Riviera Tulum! The private parking was convenient and the free use of bikes allowed us to explore the area easily. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were nicely decorated. The AC and flat screen TV added to our comfort. The staff, particularly the helpful WhatsApp concierge, made our stay enjoyable. We also loved the rooftop terrace and pool, perfect for relaxing at sunset. we highly recommend this hotel for its great value and location in La Veleta.

A few minor details could be improved, like having microwaves in the rooms instead of small ovens, and supplying washcloths for showering. Additionally, some attention to detail would have enhanced the experience, such as ensuring drinkable water is available daily and providing lights on the bikes for evening rides.
