During our stay, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare our meals, along with the lovely pool area surrounded by palm trees. The unlimited coffee available by the pool was a nice touch, especially in a place where drinking tap water isn’t an option. The staff also impressed us when they carried our heavy luggage up the stairs, making us feel very welcome. Overall, it provided a comfortable experience while we explored nearby attractions such as cenotes and art galleries.

The beautiful architecture and decor impressed me. My family enjoyed the spacious Premium Penthouse for 3 nights. Staff offered helpful recommendations, such as visiting the beach club Ikal. Breakfast was simple, yet satisfactory. The location was perfect for accessing local cafes and restaurants.

absolutely not worth the hype. the breakfast was a joke, and the pool? filthy. leaves everywhere, no charm at all. i even expected a complimentary drink for my troubles, but alas, none. the staff seemed too busy to notice. honestly, almost left a good review, but couldn't in good conscience. i deserve better. go elsewhere.

My stay was highlighted by the hotel's proximity to Dos Aguas Park, just about 2 km away, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and the variety of local restaurants like La Consentida, which is only a short 0.5 km walk, made every meal feel like an adventure. you really can savor the local flavor here.
