We had a great time at Amaka Calma Riviera Tulum! The private parking was convenient and the free use of bikes allowed us to explore the area easily. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were nicely decorated. The AC and flat screen TV added to our comfort. The staff, particularly the helpful WhatsApp concierge, made our stay enjoyable. We also loved the rooftop terrace and pool, perfect for relaxing at sunset. we highly recommend this hotel for its great value and location in La Veleta.

A few minor details could be improved, like having microwaves in the rooms instead of small ovens, and supplying washcloths for showering. Additionally, some attention to detail would have enhanced the experience, such as ensuring drinkable water is available daily and providing lights on the bikes for evening rides.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the amazing pool area and the fresh towels provided daily. It was a relaxing space that we had mostly to ourselves. The staff at Amaka Tulum were friendly and helpful, always available to assist us whenever we needed. The kitchen in our room was well-equipped with brand new appliances, making it easy for us to prepare meals. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, ensuring that our room was always tidy and replenishing our towels and amenities regularly. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided by the hotel to explore the area and try out the local restaurants. the value for money at Amaka Tulum was exceptional.

The apartment was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and fully equipped with attention to detail. The photos accurately reflected the reality. The amenities included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small terraces, a mini pool, TV, AC. The apartment felt like home, and even had an ice box for beach trips. The property offered a small gym, game room, and bicycles for guests to use. The staff, especially the manager Mauro, were friendly and accommodating.

We recently had a romantic escape to a beautiful and peaceful hotel in Tulum. the staff were extremely attentive and made us feel like the most important guests in the world. They handled a difficult situation with professionalism and made our stay unforgettable. We loved being surrounded by the lush jungle and feeling completely at peace. Plus, the spacious rooms gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room was not properly cleaned and the pool connected to our unit was dirty throughout our entire stay.
