The ambiance at this hotel was truly remarkable, creating a mini tropical paradise with a cafe, waterfall, and perfectly placed pool. The new and fresh building design, with its large rooms and seating areas, provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooftop access offered stunning views, although it may not be allowed. The gym on the 4th floor was an added bonus. The cafe served lovely cuisine at fair prices, providing great conversations. our 24-hour adventure at this hotel was amazing.

The breakfast was delicious, although it wasn't included in the fee. The service provided by the hotel staff was very good. The hotel had a small but clean swimming pool and a gym. We were able to park our car there. The bathroom and rooms were kept very clean. The hotel's location was far from the clubs, so there was no noise in the rooms. We also liked that it was close to the commercial center and within walking distance to decent restaurants and the bus station.

Stayed at a great hotel for 2 nights in downtown Cancun. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the mall. The check-in process was friendly and smooth. The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I had some trouble with my laundry, but a friendly lady from the hotel staff offered to do it for me at a very affordable price. Within two hours, my laundry was returned nicely folded. It was a personal touch that made my stay even better. Thank you!

ambiance suites in cancun was a delightful surprise. from the spacious rooms to the convenient location, it exceeded our expectations. being close to the hotel zone, walmart, mercado 28, and local restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast for $6 pp was decent, and the proximity to attractions like tulum and playa del carmen was a bonus.

The hotel was centrally located in the heart of this vibrant city, just a short walk from a bustling commercial center. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with sparkling new linens and a nicely appointed bed. The friendly staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, thanks to the strong security presence at the door and elevator.

Stayed downtown, close to bus terminal. Rooms facing west are quiet. Great amenities - microwave, fridge, dining area. Brand new rooms with good TV channels. Excellent service and staff.
