Nothing, all great.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from all the sights. The rooms are comfortable with very comfortable beds. The breakfast offers several options to choose from, with lovely homemade cakes being the best.

All was fine, nothing to improve.

The hotel had a great location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. the staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. They even prepared a special breakfast packet for my early departure. the breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious and the variety of options was impressive.

Occasionally, there were some noises coming from the street on Saturday night, but it was understandable given the central location. Also, the lack of an elevator and the presence of two single mattresses instead of one large one in my double bed were minor inconveniences.

The hotel had a lovely old world feel and was well located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The interior was beautifully decorated with elaborate murals. The breakfast was neat and extensive.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to the center of the city. You can easily walk everywhere and explore all the attractions without any hassle. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you with any queries or requests. The breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant is delicious and offers a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, some rooms have great views of the tennis court or the beautiful city center.

It would have been better if they provided a hot water pot and coffee in the room, especially for those early morning risers who need their caffeine fix before breakfast.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Siena called Albergo Chiusarelli for 5 nights over the new year. The staff were wonderful - well trained, friendly and helpful. The New Year's Eve dinner was fantastic, with good food and wine. The rooms were spotlessly clean with modern bathrooms. The location was great for visiting the main tourist attractions, with Il Duomo and La Piazza del Campo just a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended because of the people, thanks to everyone at Chiusarelli for a memorable stay.

This hotel was a great find during our Italian tour. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful medieval center. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage space, and the bathrooms were a good size with decent showers. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the personal attention to detail.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was top-notch.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in this city. The hotel is located very close to the center of the city, making it easy for us to walk everywhere. The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We also appreciated the convenient location near the bus stop, which made it easy for us to explore the city.

Great value for money. the hotel offered affordable rates for a weekend getaway. Convenient location. the hotel was situated within walking distance of major attractions and had easy access to public transportation. - Nice breakfast. the hotel provided a satisfying breakfast to start the day.

Small rooms. the rooms were on the smaller side, which made it a bit cramped for comfort.

Our room had a great shower and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, being close to the old city and the bus interchange. Although there was no proper bar area, the reception staff were friendly and provided drinks from a coffee machine. I would recommend this hotel.
