The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right in the middle of everything. It is only a short walk away from the main squares and there is a restaurant on the other side of the Plaza. The rooms are comfortable and have a good view, and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. They even helped one guest navigate getting an English speaking doctor and getting to the hospital.

The internet connection in the hotel is not reliable, especially in the rooms. It tends to be very slow and often not available.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - it was right in the center of town. I could easily walk to the main squares or take a quick taxi or bus ride. There were also great restaurants nearby, including the best Thai food I've ever had. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and all the necessary amenities. The staff was fantastic, especially Joaquin at the front desk. He went above and beyond to assist us when my husband fell ill, arranging for an English-speaking doctor and ensuring everything went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for better service!

During my recent stay at Ana Catalina, I was pleased with the excellent central location. Being right in the heart of the city made it convenient to explore and visit various attractions. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the helpful and cheerful staff who assisted us with our luggage and provided a fridge upon request. Despite some minor drawbacks with the lack of toilet paper and water in the shower, the overall value for money was great. With a wide selection of restaurants just outside the door and a large variety of TV channels to choose from, it was an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel for its central location and friendly staff.

Spent my xmas in a cozy comfortable room with friendly staff to accommodate my needs. the room was always cleaned and the bed was super cozy. the location was key to spending time in the town, it was easy to navigate whether by foot or taxi. the view of the beautiful tree in the courtyard was just serene.

The rooms were a bit humid. It would've been better if there was more air flow, as we had to leave the door open sometimes to allow air to circulate.
