The suite was clean and spacious, with ample living room and kitchen space. The wood table was pretty and comfy. The balcony offered a limited but good ocean view. The cool terrace was perfect for sunbathing, although it would have been even better with a shower. The location of the hotel was wonderful, with easy access to the neighborhood full of restaurants, bars, and stores. It was super close to the beach and the Malecón. The staff, especially Ivan and Jessica, were friendly and patient, providing excellent customer service. The housekeeper was always friendly and smiling, adding to the positive experience.

The unstable Wi-Fi signal, which only worked in the bedroom and disconnected when moving to the kitchen and living room. Another drawback was the potential noise from the busy location, with cars passing by blasting loud music at times.

This place is amazing, with a one minute walk to the beach. It's located in the heart of fantastic bars, clubs, and restaurants, perfect for families. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool and seating area is a wonderful addition, providing a great view.

The location was fantastic, just a block away from the beach and within walking distance to the Los Muertos pier. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the communication with the owners was excellent. I also loved the unique decor choices throughout the hotel. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I really got great value for my money at this place. The room was clean and well-furnished, with plenty of amenities like towels and toiletries. The location was amazing, just a few steps away from the beach and surrounded by shops and coffee shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jessica who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have a wider variety of breakfast items available.

The quick starting gas burners in the kitchen were a great feature, as well as the English music/videos on the TV. the view of the sea from the apartment was absolutely stunning. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the pier. It felt very safe in the area, which was a huge advantage.

The shower knobs needed to be fixed as they were difficult to rotate, and the water pressure wasn't the best. the bed was also quite hard, which wasn't the most comfortable.

The day manager went above and beyond to make us happy. The rooftop terrace and wading pool were enjoyable. The water pressure and heat in the shower were decent. The little library was a nice touch. The TV had a wide range of channels in multiple languages. The location of the apartments was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, and stores. The staff was friendly and patient, even accommodating a late check-in and offering to hold luggage after check-out. The housekeeper was always friendly and smiling.
