The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was great with many nearby restaurants. The room was large with a seating area and refrigerator. Also, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, with plenty of green areas surrounding it and the added bonus of being close to good restaurants and fast food options. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and it was spotlessly clean. The temperature inside the room was just right and the soft, big pillows made for a cozy night's sleep. The staff were professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and close proximity to the Atrium Medical Facility and downtown Pineville. We also enjoyed the nearby nature trail. The customer service was outstanding, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was delicious and the room itself was very comfortable and clean. we felt that our stay was worth every penny.

There were issues with billing and lack of transparency upon check-out, including a bogus charge that was not properly addressed. the hotel's refusal to provide a room receipt and show the bill raised concerns about possible unauthorized charges.
