Only limited lighting made it hard to see.

The location is spot on—easy to zip around the highway and near the lovely nature trail. My suite was spacious and well-kept, and the whole vibe made for a comfy stay.

Though I loved the space, I did expect my shower to have hot water on-demand, not a surprise activity! Just a heads-up if you're a fan of 'no shock' adventures in the bathroom.

the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and the towels were like sand paper. but the front desk staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring. A/C worked well, which was a relief!

I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte/Pineville on a recent trip, and the check-in process was quick, with attentive staff making the experience pleasant. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, which was a highlight. However, the breakfast was basic, and a few amenities could use updating. Great for a short stay or business travel.

Hot water in the shower was hit or miss!!! Elevators malfunctioned and could leave you stranded!!! Poor lighting in common areas made navigating tough!!! Management was unhelpful and unresponsive to requests for room adjustments!!!

Room was clean and spacious with a microwave and fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the kitchen closing early was inconvenient. Also, the gym only had limited equipment. A nearby golf course added a nice option for leisure.

This property is a gem! Perfectly located with quick access to the highway and the tranquil nature trail nearby. I booked a Junior Suite for two nights, and it was spacious and well-kept. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. I can't wait to return!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me with early check-in, which I appreciate. I'm coming back for Easter.
