The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the Lincoln museum and home. It made it super convenient to explore all the Lincoln attractions in the area. The rooms were a good size, clean, and well appointed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simple but had a good variety, with the menu changing each day.

The only aspect that could have been better was the breakfast. While it was good to have, the options like French toast sticks and small biscuits and gravy were not great.

The hotel was clean and had a nice variety for breakfast. They made an effort to keep it stocked during busy times. the staff was also friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. the shuttle service was a great perk and made getting around the area much easier. the quick and efficient transport to the airport was a bonus.

Some of the amenities were lacking. We had to keep asking for extra towels and toilet paper, as they were not automatically replaced.

The value for money at Carpenter Street was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. The staff, especially Annette, were friendly and helpful.

They were also accommodating with holding our luggage after checkout. The close proximity to Lincoln's historic sites was a big plus.
