We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. My recent stay at Axkan Arte Hotel was fantastic! I stayed for 3 nights for a leisure trip. The room was super comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The beds were very comfortable, with nice pillows and linen. The hotel had a great, clean pool and beautiful art all around. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was also great, with a short walk to the center, but situated in a quiet area.

We stayed at a big hotel during Thanksgiving and overall enjoyed our experience. the location was great, and we easily accessed nearby attractions. we appreciated the refreshing pool and good breakfast offered by the hotel.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. our room could have been a bit cleaner and the staff could have been more communicative.
