I recently had a fantastic stay at a budget-friendly hotel on the coast. The location was perfect, with a real beach just beyond the fencing, providing breathtaking sea views on three sides. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff members everywhere, from the bell boys to the buffet restaurant near the Japanese restaurant. Speaking of the buffet, it offered a great variety of fresh salads and fruit for breakfast. The facilities were impressive, and there were even options for snorkeling and relaxing by the pools.

I did find that the dinner options at the hotel were a bit disappointing.

The snorkeling in the secluded bay was amazing! Crystal clear waters and an abundance of fish to swim with. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The Italian breakfast and lunch were good, but the large buffet for dinner needs improvement. Overall a great stay.

Located adjacent to a top-rated golf course and near the marina at Las Hadas, this resort offers easy access to other areas. The bell boys provide excellent service to guests. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of towels. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, while the stunning view from some rooms is breathtaking. Facilities, such as the beautiful pools, are well-maintained.

The restaurant food quality needs improvement.

Spacious rooms with large bathrooms, featuring two sinks, shower and bathtub. Beautiful sea views from all restaurants and a lovely terrace for evening shows. Friendly and attentive staff, offering delicious seafood meals at the buffet. Great pools with a water slide for kids and sports activities like kayaking available for free. The spa staff, including the tattoo artist, were awesome.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the spacious rooms, just like the photos on the website, and the stunning view from the balcony overlooking the gardens with the ocean in the distance. the food and service were exemplary, with delicious meals at the a la carte restaurants and buffet. We especially loved the fabulous meal and entertainment on Mexican Independence Day. Additionally, the location of the disco overlooking the ocean and the live band got everyone up and dancing, creating a magical atmosphere.

The worst aspects of our stay were the dated and stinky rooms, giving the impression of an old place, and the noisy AC. Furthermore, the mixed service made it feel like they were doing us a favor. On top of that, they couldn't accommodate us on a king size bed for our anniversary, which really ruined the experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautifully designed with Mayan architecture. The grounds were well-maintained, and the views of the bay/ocean were breathtaking. The premier all-inclusive package allowed me to enjoy top shelf brands at the bars, and the pools and beach area were perfect for snorkeling. The lobby was one of the nicest I've ever seen, and my room exceeded my expectations. a wonderful experience!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spacious room, comfy bed, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. Swimming, eating, and relaxing were the main activities. Warm ocean water and attentive staff made the stay even better. Rooms were large and comfortable, only downside was slightly hard beds.

We had a fantastic stay at Barcelo in Manzanillo! The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The beautiful Mayan architecture of the hotel created a unique and pleasant atmosphere. The grounds were well-maintained, and the views of the bay/ocean were breathtaking. The premier all-inclusive option allowed us to enjoy top shelf beverages at the bars. While some guests saved pool seats, it wasn't a big issue. The beach/tide pool area offered warm temperatures for relaxation. For those looking for in-room beverages, the nearby shop, "Vinos Americanas," had a great selection. a great location and a beautiful beach!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a great experience at Barcelo. the location was also impressive, with beautiful sea views right from the lobby. the buffet restaurant offered delicious food, and the Mexican restaurant had a cool location with a sea view. the outdoor areas were well maintained, and there were free sports activities like kayaking. it was a nice hotel with friendly staff and great amenities.

The location of the resort is great, with a "real" beach just beyond the fencing. The rooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff, especially Fernanda, is exceptional. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options, with fresh salads and fruit. The hotel also offers premium liquors and snacks, making the all-inclusive experience even better.

Multiple pools to explore, including an adult pool for a more relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff, especially the cleaning and serving staff. Average buffet food and only satisfactory food in the restaurants. No real beach, only a lagoon, and limited beach amenities.

Great location, spacious rooms, beautiful beach, welcoming staff, buffet breakfast and lunch had good variety and relaxed atmosphere. Limited options for dinner on Monday, but overall highly recommended for check-in, cleanliness, pools, drinks, and facilities.
