The guest services were excellent, assisting us with restaurant reservations and daily activities. The hotel's open concept and large pools were impressive, and the buffet restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food. The cleanliness of the pools and beach, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms, were also highlights. The opportunity to explore the other hotels within the resort was a great added bonus. our experience at Barcelo Maya Riviera was fantastic.

The buffet had a wide array of food options and was very clean. The hotel facilities, including the pools and bar service, were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had access to parking for rental cars and transportation to other Barcelo sites.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right on the beach, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the ocean. The food at the specialty restaurants, especially the French restaurant, was outstanding. The pool was beyond gorgeous, possibly the best ever seen. The rooms were awesome with the biggest bed and very good size overall. The bar tenders at the pool and elsewhere were quick and efficient.

I enjoyed the quality of the food at the restaurant, which had a mix of lunch and dinner options that had something for everyone. The hotel has a privileged location, with beach access and stunning views from the sun loungers. Cons: the only minor issue I had was with the pricing of services at the gift shop, which had expensive prices for basic needs like suntan lotion and snacks.
