We loved the convenient location near the airport with a stunning view of the pool and the ocean. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had great breakfast options. The room, though small, had comfortable beds and a charming balcony. The Mexican design and interior added to the authentic feel we were looking for. The A/C worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also provided fresh beach towels daily and had a convenient on-site shop.

We had a very interesting experience with the receptionist. When we arrived, he was a little bit awkward and had some issues with speaking. Later, during the reception opening hours, we tried to reach him, but he didn't answer and the door of the reception was closed. However, in the morning, he finally came out and we were able to ask for a hairdryer. Despite the strange encounter, the rest of the staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel has a unique atmosphere and amazing views from every room facing the ocean. The presence of security 24/7 made us feel safe. The breakfast in the restaurant was amazing and the housekeepers were very polite.

Our room had some issues. The balcony doors were not closing properly, causing noise from the ocean to disturb our sleep.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Our stay at Plaza - Best Beach Aparthotel was a last-minute escape from the aftermath of Hurricane Delta. Despite the circumstances, the staff did their best to find accommodations for our group of 8. The beach was amazing, with wide sandy shores and daily cleaning to remove sargasso. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the friendly staff even waited for me when I arrived later. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the guy at the bar, although I wish he hadn't inserted a tip for one of our meals. The property itself was what we expected, with a beautiful location convenient to the airport. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning beach and helpful staff.

The outdoor pool overlooking the ocean was fantastic, with plenty of chairs available. I loved the private beach access and the convenience of having an elevator. The location was safe and convenient, with public transportation right at the hotel door. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony. the beach was amazing, with wide shores and daily cleaning of seaweed. the friendly staff made our check-in and check-out smooth, and they even helped us with our heavy luggage. the location was convenient, with buses just outside to easily move around.

There were a few details that were not good. the pool could have been cleaner and better attended to.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. We were able to arrange a taxi to Tulum easily. The hotel facilities were excellent, with fresh beach towels provided daily. Our room was cleaned daily, and we enjoyed the amazing view of the ocean from our window. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to some really nice restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel had a great breakfast with plenty of options. we had a fantastic time and felt well taken care of.

One drawback of our stay was that the restaurant closed early in the evening, so we had to go outside for dinner. Unfortunately, as first-time visitors to Mexico, we ended up paying a high price for a disappointing meal.

The pool was also great, and we enjoyed the easy accessibility to downtown via local buses. Having an Oxxo convenience store across the street was a big plus. The friendly host helped us with taxi arrangements and provided helpful information. we had a wonderful stay and would fully recommend.
