I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Hotel Posada Freeman Zona Dorada. The location was perfect, and the hotel's smaller size allowed for a more personalized service. The pool area was small but well-maintained, and the hotel's beachfront location was exactly as advertised. the hotel felt safe and the staff were courteous, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel had an amazing location right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch all the activities. The room price included a delicious full breakfast buffet featuring Mexican dishes and a variety of other options. Another advantage was the exceptional customer service we received from the manager, bartenders, chef, and front desk reception area.

The tap water in the room was non-potable, so we had to be careful not to drink it. Additionally, there was ongoing construction next door, which caused some noise during our stay and the hotel did not offer any compensation for it.

The hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, and the warm pool water was a definite plus. The staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality. We especially appreciated the older gentleman waiter at breakfast who took great care of us, and Martha who greeted us each morning with a smile while tending to the pool area.

The new staff at the reception were not very friendly and did not show the same level of hospitality as the rest of the staff. There was a problem with the air conditioning in the middle of the night, which caused inconvenience.
