I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Hotel Posada Freeman Zona Dorada. the location was perfect, and the hotel's smaller size allowed for a more personalized service. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of meals. the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us in any way possible, even late at night. the pool area was small but well-maintained, and the hotel's beachfront location was exactly as advertised.

The hotel had an amazing location right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch all the activities. the room price included a delicious full breakfast buffet featuring Mexican dishes and a variety of other options. Another advantage was the exceptional customer service we received from the manager, bartenders, chef, and front desk reception area.

The tap water in the room was non-potable, so we had to be careful not to drink it. Additionally, there was ongoing construction next door, which caused some noise during our stay and the hotel did not offer any compensation for it.

The pool water was warm and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with friendly and efficient service. Martha, the staff member who tended to the pool area, was a joy to chat with each morning. the hospitality and attention from the staff were great.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western! the location was great, and the hotel had a cozy and personalized feel. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. We were also happy to find that they could accommodate vegetarians and vegans upon request. the 2x1 happy hour for cocktails was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed it from 3-4pm. the hotel itself was well-maintained and clean, and the warm pool water was a definite plus. the staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality. We especially appreciated the older gentleman waiter at breakfast who took great care of us, and Martha who greeted us each morning with a smile while tending to the pool area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast included was outstanding. The hotel facilities, especially the pool area, were small but very nice. The location in Zona Dorada was perfect, right on the beach and close to El CID El Moro. The staff members, especially the older gentleman waiter and Martha, were a delight to interact with each morning.

The hotel had a great location, with an amazing view of the ocean and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. the staff went out of their way to make me feel like a valued guest, providing excellent hospitality and attention. the room was clean and well-maintained, and the maid service was prompt and efficient.

The new staff at the reception were not very friendly and did not show the same level of hospitality as the rest of the staff. There was a problem with the air conditioning in the middle of the night, which caused inconvenience.
