The beach was practically private, perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach. Free paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkel equipment were provided. The staff was helpful and gave great tips.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the ocean on a quiet street. We loved being able to walk and relax in the beautiful areas around the hotel. The breakfast provided was delicious and we enjoyed the variety of options. The staff was exceptional, always kind and helpful.

Blue Sky Tulum is a beach chic oasis with impeccable rooms, beachfront balconies, and breathtaking sunrise views. The hotel offers free kayaks and paddleboards, a nice pool, and excellent beach service. The included breakfast is substantial and delicious. The staff is exceptional and the hotel is safe and well-maintained.

We had a lovely stay at a boutique hotel in Tulum. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like royalty. the location was perfect, away from the crowds and noise, with a cool cenote nearby. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and linens. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the food overall was excellent.

there was no hot water in our room, only cool water. This was a disappointment, and despite informing the management, no financial compensation was offered.

Attentive staff, fabulous food and drinks, beautiful rooms with toys available, peaceful and private atmosphere, constant beach cleaning, comfortable sunbeds.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu. Despite this, everything else about our stay at this hotel was simply perfect.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room at Mereva. The daily restocking of the mini fridge was a nice touch. The free breakfast every morning was delicious and convenient. The service provided by Daniel and Sebastian was exceptional, they made our stay comfortable and provided helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. our experience at Mereva was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at a beachfront room with an amazing view. the small plunge pool in the patio was a great addition. the staff, especially Angel, were incredibly helpful and made sure our experience both inside and outside the resort was fantastic. the location was ideal - a short drive away from the famous Tulum strip and Downtown Tulum, but still quiet and relaxing. We felt safe with the presence of security on the property and beach.

The entire hotel area smelled like old eggs due to the seaweed washing up on the beach. the curtains in our room were completely transparent from the outside, making us feel exposed to people outside.

We had a convenient parking space for our rented car, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The location was perfect, far enough from other restaurants and right on the beautiful beach. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
