the bungalows are nestled in nature and offer breathtaking views of the lagoon right from the bed. the staff were extremely kind and provided us with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We loved it so much that we extended our stay in Bacalar just to come back here for a few extra nights. It truly was a lush experience in every way.

I recently stayed at Boa Boa in Bacalar for a few days and it was an incredible experience. The location was stunning, with a high-rise view of the beautiful lagoon. The hotel itself had a relaxed and stylish vibe, with well-decorated rooms that included a fridge and coffee machine with complimentary coffee. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff offering great recommendations for restaurants and tours. The shower and bed were the best we've had in Mexico. The private cabins offered a sense of privacy and security, and the private tours of the lagoon were a highlight. We loved the 20-30 minute walk to the town center, as it allowed us to enjoy the tranquility while still being able to explore at our leisure.

The view from the private pier was breathtaking and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The calm and quiet location on the outskirts of Bacalar was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Despite the small size of the room, the design was lovely and the terrace added an extra touch of charm. Although a bit of a walk or short taxi ride to the center, it didn't bother me as the taxi service was prompt. I highly recommend Boa Boa for those seeking a tranquil spot with an incredible view.

the hosts went above and beyond, arranging a beautiful bouquet of roses for our anniversary. the cozy cabin and stunning balcony view made it an unforgettable experience. highly recommend!

The view of the lagoon from my room was stunning, and being right on the Bacalar lagoon was a dream come true. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was easy and convenient, allowing me to park right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

During my recent stay at Boa Boa, I was amazed by the beautiful design of the hotel room. The spacious bed and cozy sitting area provided a romantic and Instagram-worthy atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the stunning view of the lake from my room, it was truly breathtaking. The easy access to the water allowed me to fully appreciate the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Although my stay was mostly enjoyable, I did experience a couple of drawbacks. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot, and the fan didn't provide enough relief.
