The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was right in the middle of the bustling bar scene, but the noise didn't bother us. The premium room we stayed in was well worth the money, with a newly refurbished bathroom and a balcony. The shower was excellent, the decor was modern and fresh, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings with a coffee. Despite being on a busy street, the room was well soundproofed, allowing us to sleep peacefully. There were plenty of dining and drinking options just steps away from the hotel, and it was conveniently located close to a beach. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also got a great rate for our 5-night stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Beach Hotel By Kavia. The atmosphere was central, yet not too noisy, and the room had everything we needed. The air-conditioning unit was great, and we felt safe with the provided safe. The hotel was cleaned daily and smelled amazing. The staff, especially Christina and the other lady, were incredibly nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely be coming back in the future. It's the perfect hotel for the area, and we will be recommending it to our friends.

I recently stayed at Beach Hotel By Kavia for my trip to Albufeira. The hotel arranged a private transfer, making my arrival seamless. The location was perfect, right in the heart of old town with restaurants, bars, and the beach just steps away. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had air conditioning. I loved the small balcony where I could watch the bustling street below. The staff, especially RUI, were incredibly friendly and helpful. great value for money and a wonderful stay.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we really liked two key location facts. the hotel was centrally located in the heart of the old town, which was perfect for us as we enjoy the vibrant nightlife and being close to the beach. Secondly, the rooms had modern double glazed doors, which minimized the noise from the lively old town strip. Additionally, the staff were excellent and friendly, with the receptionist being able to communicate in multiple languages.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. there was no mini bar in the room, which would have been convenient.

The location was excellent, right on the Main Street leading down to the square, and just around the corner from the beach. We loved how close it was to the nightlife, with plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the front doors. The hotel was very clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, available 24 hours a day. Additionally, the breakfast was more than adequate, with freshly squeezed orange juice and nicely presented fresh fruit.
