The location is superb, with easy access to downtown and key areas of Monterrey. The office staff, especially Samuel Perez, were exceptional in their service and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The suite-type apartment was spacious and had ample storage space in the closets. The large balcony was a nice bonus.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The air conditioning could have been better as it was a bit challenging to cool down the room.

Second, the staff was extremely gentle and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and plenty of electrical outlets. I especially appreciated the fresh fruits and delicious coffee offered during breakfast, a nice touch that added to the overall value for money aspect of this hotel.

Noisy room with poor soundproofing, uncomfortable bed and lack of amenities. the elevators were old and slow, and the shower was outdated and not very clean.
