botanica surpassed my expectations during my stay in tulum. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. the chill atmosphere and friday night pizza dinner made my experience unforgettable. will definitely be back!

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options for both vegans and vegetarians. The location was great, with important attractions and amenities within easy reach.

The noise from the nearby road was quite disturbing, especially in the morning when trucks started passing by from as early as 6 AM. the room cleaning could have been more frequent, as it was only done every second day. Lastly, it was a bit inconvenient that the bathroom didn't have a door.

We had an incredible stay at this hidden gem. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The lounge areas had cool decor and design, creating a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The kitchen was amazing, even better than our own, and we loved the homemade drinks at the bar. The free breakfast, especially the Mexican style breakfast cooked on an open fire in the garden, was a wonderful treat. Sitting outside under the shade of the trees in the garden was a delightful experience. The short walk to the supermarket was very convenient. It was easy to meet other guests, staff, and locals at the bar and during the temezcal ceremonies. This place truly felt like a special retreat.

my recent stay at a hostel in central tulum was amazing. the staff were so friendly and made me feel at home. the shared kitchen was great for meeting new people, and the pool and garden felt like a peaceful oasis. the clean and spacious rooms were well-designed, and the location was perfect, close to cafes and restaurants. i would return in a heartbeat!
