exploring parks and landmarks within walking distance made my stay enjoyable

I loved that I was just a short walk from the beautiful Camley Street Natural Park and the vibrant ZSL London Zoo, which made my strolls feel peaceful and full of life as I discovered more of the area since the room was clean and had everything I needed for a delightful stay.

Great staff made check-in easy. Room had free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Noisy traffic outside.

utterly disguisting experience at this so-called hotel. the online check-in was invasive, and only after my complaint was I "allowed" to check-in in person. unbelievable! the room was essentially a closet with ants, and for the price I paid, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade or some form of compensation, but no one cared. actually thought of giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Rooms are too small for comfort, bathroom space is cramped, and check-in process can be confusing!!! Also, the amount of correspondence for a short stay is excessive and unnecessary!!!

the bathroom was a bit tiny and could be challenging for some. however, the room was very clean, had great pillows, and the staff was attentative 😊. we slept so well on that firm mattress!

the staff seemed unfriendly and were unhelpful with payment issues. the bathroom was cramped, making it hard to use.

Cozy room, friendly staff, complete with a hairdryer, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee for a delightful stay, all while being just a 10-minute stroll from convenient public transportation.

Decent spot near Camden with easy phone check-in. The room was spick and span, and the pantry was a lifesaver for those last-minute tea needs.

The street noise was like an unwanted DJ at a party—nonstop! And could the bathroom be a bit snugger? I almost had to turn sideways to brush my teeth.

I arrived early and felt welcomed by the staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The location was lively, with many boutiques nearby. I enjoyed a lovely walk to the tube station, taking in the neighborhood. Despite a bit of noise from the street, it didn't hinder my stay. I could relate to this experience, as exploring new places is a passion of mine. The check-in details were communicated smoothly.
